DELIVERY
Delivery in Belgium and Europe is free, unless otherwise announced.
Outside Europe, the conditions vary according to the destination.
RETURN
The withdrawal must be notified within 14 days after receipt of the order.
The client must communicate his decision in writing or by telephone.
The product must be returned within 14 days.
The law stipulates that the return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If the handling of the product is not limited to a simple unpacking, the customer must then compensate the merchant according to the discount fixed by the latter.
MODES OF PAYMENT
The default payment method is the European SEPA transfer.
New payment methods could be installed soon.
